Terms of order processing 

 1. The Customer may place orders for products available in the assortment of the KAPEO Laser Online Store as a registered Customer (after logging in to the Customer's account).

 2. In order to place an order:

a.) select the product that is the subject of the order, and then click on the "Add to cart" (or equivalent) button, and if you want to purchase several products, this action should be repeated for each of the selected products;

b.) after completing the product selection process, go to "Basket", and then:

– choose the method of delivery of the product and, if the chosen method of delivery of the product so requires, the type of shipment;

– in the event that the order is delivered via the Courier Company: enter the data of the recipient of the order and the address to which the product is to be delivered. If the courier company is chosen, it is required that the Customer additionally provide a telephone number to contact the courier;

– enter the data in the invoice if they are different from the data for receiving the order;

– click the "Order and pay" or similar button;

3. In the case of prepayment, you must also pay the order in one of the available payment methods.

4. The subject of the order can be delivered to the Customer – depending on its choice and the size of the ordered products:

- to the address indicated by the Customer in the order – by the Courier Company, if the Customer has chosen this form of delivery;

 5. If, as part of one order, the Customer orders at least 2 products, the order may be divided by the Company into at least 2 (two) parts (hereinafter referred to as "Packages").

6. In the event of the lack of the ordered product in the Warehouse or the inability to execute the Customer's order for other reasons, including if the purchase of the ordered product from the Company's suppliers is not possible within the time provided for the order, the Company will inform the Customer about the situation by sending a message to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer.

7. When placing an order and choosing a delivery carried out by a courier company, the Customer should provide the exact address at which the order is to be delivered. Providing an incorrect or inaccurate address by the Customer may cause a delay or prevent delivery of the subject of the order.

Forms of payment and commencement of the order

    1. Delivery of the subject of the order is possible in Germany through one of the courier companies.

    2. Payment for the order should be made before the collection of the subject of the order (payment in advance) - by bank transfer, payment card or using the Blik mobile payment system, in one of the electronic payment systems accepted by the Company at the time.

§ 6  Issuing and delivery of invoices

The company issues VAT invoices in the form of E-Invoices. If the purchaser wants to receive an invoice, it must provide the data for the invoice together with NIP in the order. Invoices shall be sent in electronic form. Acceptance of these terms and conditions means consenting to receive such invoices in electronic form by the purchaser.
